Practical psychologist in preschool education: tasks and content of psychological activity
Abstract
It is established that today a practical psychologist of an educational institution contributes to
the formation of psychological readiness of participants in the educational process to interact
in an inclusive environment with a child with special educational needs. It is determined that
the main activities of a practical psychologist in a preschool education institution should be:
psycho prophylaxis, psycho diagnosis, psycho correction and psychological counseling, which
are closely interconnected and constitute a single system of psychological assistance. It has
been proven that a practical psychologist working in a pre-school education institution should
be engaged in work that is, in one way or another, more or less related to all areas of
psychological care. It is stated that the most important principle of psychological practice is
the unconditional value of the inner world of each preschooler, the priority of the needs of
its development.
