Development of methodology of physical and health work in the conditions of educational and rehabilitation center for children with complex developmental disorders
Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of developing the methodology of physical culture and
health work to improve the level of physical health of children with complex developmental
disorders. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the methodology of physical culture
and health work in the educational and rehabilitation center and experimental study of its
effectiveness on the general level of somatic health with complex developmental disorders.
Results. According to the obtained theoretical and empirical results, the methodology of physical
and health work has been grounded for the first time. It was characterized by purposefulness,
taking into account pedagogical conditions, factors of orientation of physical and fitness work
and consistent realization of its structural components. The developed methodology of physical
and health work differs from the previous solutions of the problem by differentiated selection of
means of health and fitness programs, taking into account the factors of their orientation and
consistent implementation of methodological, organizational, activity and evaluation components,
which enable the development of psychoactive functions. The author’s methodology of physical
and health work for children with complex developmental disorders has been realized during
the pedagogical experiment and included the following components: methodological component;
organizational and activity component; evaluation component. Conclusions. Based on the results
of the study, it was found that the developed methodology of physical culture and health
work of children with complex developmental disabilities helped to improve the overall level
of physical health of primary school children compared to the standard program of physical
education in the educational rehabilitation center.
