Inclusive education management structure
Abstract
The article summarizes the regulatory requirements for the organization of inclusive education in Ukraine, taking into account the modern legislative framework. In particular, a model for organizing management of inclusive education has been created, covering the work of specialists at each level of management (state, regional, local, specialists in other industries). The functions at each level are described, as well as for the management of resources (information, technical, human, financial, material).
A description of the possibilities of managing inclusive education in the context of decentralization of public administration is given. The author describes the independence of educational institutions in the choice of specific methods for preparing an individual with special educational needs for inclusive education, its organization directly in an educational institution, the use of state subsidies, and documentation.
