As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. Articles in English and Ukrainian are accepted for publication correspond to the profile of the publication and have not been published before.
2. Each article must be anonymously reviewed and check for plagiarism.
3. The amount of the publication fee is UAH 1,050 for 10 pages of the main text of the article (without annotations and lists of references). If the volume exceeds 10 pages, then for each additional page you need to pay UAH 50.
4. The publication fee covers the costs associated with reviewing, proofreading and editing of articles, layout of the collection and placing its electronic version.
5. Postgraduate and doctoral students of the budgetary form of education have the right to print scientific articles free of charge, provided they meet the requirements of the collection. Postgraduate and doctoral students of the contract form of education, who have completed the scientific topic of the study in accordance with the approved plan of the GDR, are entitled to one free publication, provided they meet the requirements of the collection.
