Guidelines for authors

There are two ways to submit an article to a collection.

To submit an article, prepare and send us:
- copyright 
- drafted according to the Rules of drafting of the manuscript of the article (design example below)

The articles in Ukrainian and English, published for the first time by authors, are accepted for publication.

Scientific papers submitted for publication in Ukrainian should contain the following components: statement of the problem in general form and its relation to important scientific or practical tasks; an analysis of the main research and publications in which the problem is solved and relied upon by the author, highlighting the previously unresolved parts of the general problem to which the article is devoted; formulating the goals of the article (setting the task); presentation of the main research material with full justification of the scientific results; conclusions from this study and prospects for further exploration in this area. In order to meet the above requirements, the following elements of the article should be bolded: problem statement, current research analysis, article purpose, research methods, presentation of basic material, conclusions and prospects for further scientific exploration. The following articles should be highlighted in English-language articles: Introduction, Analysis of relevant research, Aim of the Study, Research Methods, Results, Conclusions.

The volume of the article, including the list of cited literature (without annotations), should be 20-30 thousand characters with spaces (12-20 A4 pages). Font - Times New Roman. Line spacing - one and a half intervals of computer standard, size 14; margins: top and bottom - 20 mm, left - 25 mm, right - 10 mm.

Rules of design of manuscripts
The article is submitted in Microsoft Word format with .doc, .docx or .rtf extension.
Publication language: Ukrainian or English.
Article size: 12 - 21 pages (together with annotations, tables, graphs and literature).

Appearance of the article:
- the author's accents are italicized, underscores are not allowed;
- all illustrations, graphs and tables are placed directly in the text, after the corresponding link;
- All illustrations (drawings, diagrams, drawings, etc.) should be clear and legible.

Article details:
- UDC;
- ARTICLE NAME (in Ukrainian and English);
- annotations (in Ukrainian - 100 - 150 words; in English - 150 - 250 words);
- Keywords 3 - 5 words (in Ukrainian and English);
- text;
- REFERENCES are made in accordance with the requirements of SAC (Bulletin of SAC of Ukraine. - 2008. - № 3. - P. 9 - 13), Internet links in the text are accompanied by full and correct URLs.

- REFERENCES:
If there is no translation of the bibliographic data of the source into English, the names and initials of the authors, titles of articles and publications are translated.
For transliteration of Ukrainian sources, we recommend using the online service: http://www.slovnyk.ua/services/translit.php.
For transliteration of Russian sources, we recommend using the online service: http://translit.ru.
Sequence and design of elements of transliteration of sources according to the requirements of ARA, 2010.
If there is a translation of the bibliographic data of the source into English (the title of the articles and the publication), only the names and initials of the authors are translated. The sequence and design of items of bibliographic data in accordance with the requirements of ARA, 2010.

When submitting a paper, authors must comply with the following requirements:
not to seal or thin the intervals between letters;
do not reflect paragraphs with tabs or multiple spaces;
use quotes of format "";
The initials and the last name are put in a continuous space (Ctrl + Shift + space);
use only graphic elements made in high-quality graphic editors;
use the file format to send to DOC or DOCX

According to the requirements of the State Attestation Commission of Ukraine (SCA), the scientific article should contain the following substantive elements:
- Relevance of the research problem
- Analysis of scientific literature on the problem, highlighting previously unresolved aspects of the problem
- The purpose of the article
- Outline of the main research material
- Conclusions and prospects for further exploration in this direction

The manuscript is drawn up in accordance with State Standard DSTU 3008-95. In the upper left corner of the first page of the manuscript is the UDC, in the first and last name of the author (authors), the name of the institution (institution) and the ORCID of the author (registration of ORCID ID is done on orcid.org), below the middle of the line - the title of the article is large letters. Interval between article name and article title. Interval 2. Same interval between title and annotation.

Articles are accepted for print after plagiarism and double-blind peer review by independent experts. The article should be thoroughly reviewed and fully edited.

The author's reference is attached to the article: surname, first name, patronymic, place of work, position, academic degree, academic title, home address, e-mail address, contact numbers.

If the article is found to be inconsistent with the requirements of the Guidelines for Authors, the editorial board shall return the materials for revision to the authors.

The Editorial Board reserves the right not to review the article under the following conditions:
does not meet the requirements for the design and scientific style of presentation of the material;
has no scientific novelty and practical significance;
does not correspond to the topic of the collection;
made using an automatic computer translator
not edited (contains grammar and stylistic errors);
violation of research ethics, in particular if plagiarism is detected in the article.
After the publication of the collection of scientific works, electronic versions of the articles will be made publicly available on the site of the collection and on the site of the National Library of Ukraine named after V.I. Vernadsky http://www.nbuv.gov.ua/

The names and email addresses entered on this site will be used solely for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be available for any other purpose or for third parties.

The following elements should be reflected in the annotations in accordance with the requirements of the international scientometric bases: the purpose of the article, research methods, research results, practical significance of the research, conclusions and prospects of further scientific explorations (8-10 lines in Ukrainian and 30 lines in English at 1 interval in size 14 in italics) ).

The pages of the manuscript are not numbered. The captions for figures, diagrams, tables include their number, name, explanations of symbols. References to the scientific literature in the text are given in the following manner: [5, 87], where 5 is the number of the source according to the list of literature, 87 - page. References to several scientific publications are simultaneously provided as follows: [3, 156; 4; 8, 22–23].

The bibliographic list in the original language is drawn up at intervals of 14, in alphabetical order, and is submitted after the text of the article under the heading: "REFERENCES". The bibliographic description of the list of sources is made in accordance with the requirements of DSTU 8302: 2015

After REFERENCES, REFERENCES (a list of used sources of information, designed in accordance with the requirements of the ARA standard (http://www.apastyle.org) is submitted, where all Cyrillic titles of articles and books are translated in Latin letters and translated into English.

 

Publication policy

The editorial board adheres to current ethical standards for publications, which contributes to improving their quality and increasing public confidence in scientific research.

When preparing manuscripts, authors should avoid:

- fabrication and falsification of data (inventing or distorting the results of the study);

- plagiarism (borrowing ideas, data and materials from third parties without reference to their author);

- originality (re-publication of the same articles, research findings, ideas, etc.);

- doubt of authorship (all authors mentioned in the publication must make a significant scientific contribution to the research described in the manuscript).

By submitting the article for review to the collection of scientific works "Education of persons with special needs: ways to build", the authors automatically confirm that:

- the article is original, has not been published before, and is not under consideration for publication in another edition (publication of an article in more than one journal may damage the reputation of authors and journals);

- the article does not contain information that is forbidden to be published under the current legislation of Ukraine;

- have all the rights to the article and the consent of the co-authors to its publication;

- the copyright of the article has not previously been transferred and will not be transferred in the future to third parties;

- the article does not infringe the intellectual property rights of other persons, with the exception of citation, which does not exceed 15% of the total volume of the article.

By submitting an article for review to the collection of scientific works "Education of Persons with Disabilities: Ways to Build", authors automatically grant the right to the publisher of:

- publication of the work, its distribution and placement in national and international electronic libraries, catalogs and scientometric databases;

- making editorial and proofreading edits that do not violate the content of the article;

- use of information about authors and article (full name, e-mail, place of work of authors, abstract, keywords list of used sources, etc.) by placing them in different directories, databases and information systems;

The authors agree with the publication's policy that it is not possible to withdraw its own publication which has been accepted for review.

Review policy

The publication adheres to a double-blind peer review policy that provides for anonymous (both author and peer reviewer) evaluation of the article by a qualified, independent expert in the relevant field.

The review procedure is completed by scientific articles, designed in accordance with the "Guidelines for authors".

Reviewing procedure

The article is provided with a registration code and information about the author (s) is removed.

The registration code of the article is sent to the author.

The coded article and the form of the reviewer are sent to the specialist (member of the editorial board responsible for the scientific direction on the topic of the article, or to an external reviewer). External reviewing involves domestic and foreign experts who have scientific work on the problems stated in the article. An external reviewer is usually selected based on his / her current upload and consent.

The reviewer who received the coded article fills out the reviewer form and determines one of the following options:

- recommend article for publication;

- recommend for publication with revision;

-not recommend it for publication.

In the case of a recommendation for publication with revision or not the recommendation for printing, the author will be sent a written argumentation of the reviewer.

Articles that have been recommended for revision should be re-reviewed. In case of negative result, the article is rejected and is not subject to further review.

The editorial board does not enter into discussions with the authors of the rejected articles.

The average term of review is from 1 to 2 months from the moment of receipt of the article in accordance with the "Guidelines for authors".

The articles in the "From the Editorial" and articles of informative nature are not reviewed.
