INCLUSIVE COMPETENCE OF THE HEAD OF AN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION WITH INCLUSIVE EDUCATION AS AN INTEGRAL COMPONENT OF HIS MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES
Abstract
The article attempts to consider the issues of the components of the managerial activity of the head of an educational institution with inclusive education. The scientific and methodological literature on the issue of inclusive competence, which scientists consider as an important component of professional competence, was analyzed.
It was established that the basis of the inclusive competence of the head of an educational institution lies in his ability to organize, support and develop an inclusive educational environment.
The results of a survey of heads of educational institutions regarding the readiness to implement inclusive education in institutions of general secondary education are presented.
At the same time, the analysis of scientific publications containing questions of the theory and practice of the activities of educational institutions with inclusive education revealed that the issue of inclusive competence of educational institution managers is insufficiently studied and requires thorough and in-depth research.
