CORRECTIVE COMPONENT IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF A CHILD WITH OPEN RHINOLALIA
Abstract
In the article, the author reveals the educational role of the individual development trajectory, in order to argue the need to create a flexible inclusive educational environment for children with special speech needs, namely, with rhinolalia. Modern and domestic research on a complex anatomical disorder, such as rhinolalia, is represented. The areas of corrective work that will optimally contribute to the educational process are demonstrated. The basis of correctional work is personally oriented education, in which every child can realize himself, regardless of his capabilities. The speech therapist teacher must see and understand the child's needs and make the correction process more flexible so that she can master the material offered to her from the perspective of her impairment. Since the complexity of the specified violation is determined not only by the external anomaly, but also by significant speech difficulties that affect the communicative, psychological and social sphere. Corrective work with a child with rhinolalia depends on the form of rhinolalia. The work should be complex in nature and should be aimed at correcting: phonetic, lexical-grammatical aspects of speech against the background of corrective psychological influence. The work to overcome rhinolalia is based on the principles of corrective work, namely: taking into account the mechanisms of the speech disorder and the peculiarities of the anatomical and physiological state of the articulatory apparatus; relying on stored analyzers and their functions; use of physiological breathing; the use of physiological interdependence and interaction of muscle groups of the speech apparatus in the development of articulatory praxis; taking into account the level of readiness of the articulation base of sounds; taking into account the age and compensatory capabilities of a child with rhinolalia; ensuring the systematicity and parallelism of logopedic and psychocorrective work.
The article indicates directions of corrective work with comprehensive support. The author notes that it is necessary to carry out surgical intervention as soon as possible if there is an urgent need for this. And also carry out corrective work on the sound side of speech, which is based on a thorough speech therapy examination. The effectiveness of speech therapy work is closely related to the anatomical and functional state of the articulatory speech apparatus.
Different kinds of exercises for the successful restoration of oral speech are demonstrated, and the role of parents in the correction process is defined. Because conducting consultative work with parents will enable specialists to get to know and understand the child better. And the parents, in turn, will receive information about the child's potential, about his successes or failures, about why it is worth paying more attention in the home environment. Such teamwork, support and mutual understanding will help to obtain excellent results in the education and development of the child in the future.
