CURRENT STATUS OF TRAINING OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION HEADS TO IMPLEMENT INCLUSIVE EDUCATION
Abstract
The article examines the current state of training of heads of educational institutions for the implementation of inclusive education in Ukraine. The regulatory and legal support for inclusive education and the role of postgraduate advanced training programs are analyzed. Key problems are identified, including insufficient practical training for managers, a shortage of specialists in educational institutions, and limited funding. Promising areas for improving the training of managers are outlined, including expanding international cooperation, introducing internships, and updating educational programs with an emphasis on strategic management of inclusive education. t is concluded that the further development of this area requires a comprehensive approach aimed at improving the managerial competencies of heads of educational institutions to ensure a high-quality inclusive environment.
