Abstract

The scientific publication is devoted to the topical issues of strategic management of the educational process in special and inclusive education institutions. The study analyzes modern approaches to the organization of educational activities, outlines effective management methods and reveals their potential for the formation of an inclusive educational environment. The authors consider the essence of the educational process and the conditions for achieving its integrity, systematicity and coordinated management influence, which contributes to the coordinated work of all structural units. Attention is focused on the need to base educational work with applicants with SEN on the principles of: individual approach, accessibility, equality and non-discrimination, comprehensive influence, continuity and succession, establishing a partnership with the family. Obstacles to building a high-quality educational process in educational institutions are identified: the lack of a holistic system of educational activities adapted to the conditions of inclusive and special education; the lack or insufficiency of teachers' experience in interacting with children with psychophysical development disorders; unified application of educational technologies. The strategies for managing the educational process in special and inclusive education institutions are identified and summarized: adaptive and individualized planning of educational work, a team approach, the use of modern educational technologies (project activities, social trainings, art therapy, interactive exercises, role-playing games, theatrical performances, etc.), partnership interaction between parents and teachers. Based on practical and scientific experience, the authors analyze approaches and methods that have proven their effectiveness – individual, differentiated and comprehensive approaches, feedback support, and also suggest possible directions for their adaptation and improvement in the context of the specifics of different types of educational institutions.
