Formation of experience of practical inclusion in speech therapist students

Abstract

The article examines the role of innovative practical technologies in the training of speech therapist students during their studies at higher educational institutions. The purpose of the article was to describe the technology of forming the experience of practical inclusion for speech therapist students in the conditions of a developmental inclusive space with the help of innovative tools.

The study emphasized the importance of practical training of speech therapist students to work in the conditions of an inclusive development space and the use for this of innovative learning technologies built on a person-oriented approach. The authors also substantiated the effectiveness and advantages of using innovative practical planning and work technologies in the conditions of an inclusive educational institution.

The experience of using the main planning technologies was analyzed: MAPS (Making Action Plans), PATH (Planning Alternative Tomorrows With Hope), COACH (Choosing Options Accommodations for Children), SMART. As well as interactive methods of practical training of speech therapist students to work in the conditions of an inclusive development space: scaffolding, technological strategies, training sessions and elements of the trainings «Psychological stability of a speech therapist in the conditions of an inclusive educational institution», practical and methodological trainings on the topics «Motives of speech therapists to work in conditions of inclusion», «Innovative technologies in the work of a speech therapist in the conditions of an inclusive educational institution», «Open microphone» technique, master classes «Technologies of organizing a developmental educational space in conditions of inclusion», «Interactive speech therapy in an inclusive educational institution», «Filling the office of a speech therapist in conditions of inclusion», interactive presentations «Main trends in the development of technologies of an inclusive educational space», advertising campaign «Learning technologies as the basis of the logocorrection process», brainstorming «How to choose the right technology for planning a child’s future with disorders of psychophysical development», the «Big Circle» method, webinars on the exchange of experience in the implementation of innovative methods of inclusive education.

The success of children’s speech development in the conditions of inclusive development space, their socialization is manifested in the case when speech therapists demonstrate their practical professional skills through the use of innovative planning and work technologies.
