ON THE IMPORTANCE OF SOCIALISATION OF STUDENTS WITH SENSORY IMPAIRMENTS IN PRIMARY SCHOOL
Abstract
This article examines the importance of socialization and integration of children with sensory impairments in general secondary education institutions. Based on the study of scientific literature, regulatory documents, and the results of domestic research, an understanding of the current state and prospects for the development of the support system for children in this category was formed. The author analyze methods that promote effective inclusion and educational achievements of children with special needs. Attention is focused on the specifics of hearing and vision impairments, and the importance of using specific methods for children in this category. Emphasis is placed on some recommendations by contemporary scientists regarding successful socialization in primary school. Various strategies are considered that will help these children develop social skills and interact with peers. Promising directions for further scientific research are highlighted.
